I swapped my Wispr Flow subscription for FreeFlow, an open-source dictation app running on my own OpenAI key, then audited what the replacement actually costs with sqlite3 and ffprobe, landed at about 21 cents lifetime, found that 73% of it was prompt scaffolding rather than my words, and refused the cheap-model switch that looked obvious.

Projects
Live, AI-augmented website for SV Nord München-Lerchenau e.V., a 1947-founded sports club in northern Munich with 500+ members and six departments (football, volleyball, gymnastics, esports, referees, ski). Features live matchday cards, fupa-driven Bezirksliga table, news, Instagram gallery, sponsor wall, and a domain-tuned 'Nord-Assistent' chatbot.
A freemium SaaS that trains candidates for the timed processing-speed section of ELIGO-style hiring tests. It ships a suite of procedurally generated, cheat-resistant drills plus a Pro exam simulator, and reports real metrics: throughput, accuracy, a composite score, an estimated percentile band, and a clear pass or fail verdict.
A live, no-backend builder for animated, email-safe email signatures. One data object feeds two render paths: an animated React preview and a pure serializer that emits table-based, fully inline-styled, Outlook-safe HTML, so the preview can never drift from the export. It ships email-safe templates, a contrast engine that keeps link text AA-legible, and canvas-rendered GIFs encoded with gifenc.
Turns a GitHub contribution year into a printable object. Type a handle and it folds the same 365 numbers into four forms, skyline, ring, wave, spine, and slices them across four filament finishes. The kit ships a 3MF with colours assigned, a raw STL, a Bambu Studio slicer preset, and a PRINT-ME.txt with the real numbers: print time, filament weight, cost. No account, no upload, free.
